We’re here for you. If you need assistance before or after Ohayocon, we have a customer service email that we check at least once per week (more frequently from September through February). You can also write to us at: info@ohayocon.org
If you have an issue with something during the convention, we’re always on standby in the show office (a.k.a. con-ops). Feel free to browse our policies beforehand if you have any questions.
If you lose anything during the event, make sure to check our Lost and Found. We hold items in locked boxes until the rightful owner comes to retrieve them. We turn over anything not retrieved by the end of the weekend to the convention center. Please email: operations@ohaycon.org if you have any questions or concerns.
We are committed to your safety. If you have any issues, please find a member of our public safety team dressed in a neon green vest.
